We would all probably say that a perfect world would mean no war, hunger, disease, greed, terrorism, pollution, etc. But there is no such thing as a perfect world. If you think about it, you cannot live in a world without unfairness: when a lion kills a deer to eat it's not fair on the deer, but if the lion spared the deer's life then he'll go hungry so it won't be fair on the lion.

I suppose that's the only analogy I can come up with that describes how things can't possibly all be fair. But really, we could do without wars for a start. Do away with all the nuclear warfare. Who needs that? What war is that going to win? None, because they're designed to kill every living thing on the planet.

There is no perfect world.

There is only a very accommodating world. A comfortable world. A convenient world.
But how does it take to attain that?

There are only humans who either inclined to serve others or themselves. It mattered not their origins and circumstances.
To say all humans should to lean to either is unrealistic, because of their origins and circumstances.

I'd say...
You cannot know what sweetness tastes like without tasting something bitter. :o

Personally I don't want a convenient world filled with convenient humans.
I want a convenient mind, body and self.

Those violating Marshal Law will be torn in half by sumo wrestlers. And furthermore my good people give me all your cookies and I won't have you killed!

I'm not so sure perfection is a good thing. The only answer that comes to mind would be a world without humans but then it wouldn't matter.

Perfection is on an infinitum, so there can be a small chance of arriving at something, but there are good steps. There would be social programs to meet everyone's needs to live, no one in the world would have to starve, go thirsty, live on the streets, or not have healthcare. An end to racism and an acceptance of all LGBT+ people, or at least a social understanding that it is not cool to be racist/homophobic/transphobic. Put an end to sexism also, need an end to discrimination to all genders, of course being non-binary is accepted as identities as defying social norms for genders is also accepted, and puberty blockers available before puberty. Some flawless technology to help people be their best selves would also be nice, that means trans people could have their desired reproductive ability, but this also means many cis people who would otherwise be infertile can regain their ability, and many other things for disabled people.

Acceptance of neurodivergent people also, with a history of things being studied so that the needs of people can be met. Minimal to no use of fossil fuels, perhaps a transition to energy sources that are not so catastrophic to the planet and finite, before entirely renewable. Nature preserves are well kept in ways that secure the natural habitats for animals, we are not going into the habitats of the animals to cut down trees and destroy these ancient ecosystems, we would need to somehow have reversed the acidification of coral reefs also, something being caused by climate change.

The entertainment industry is competitive and is open to creativity to many different creators/companies, with sensible copyright law that does not continuously get extended instead of entering the public domain like it has become. Employment is accessible to everyone who wishes to have it, whether to make your ideas interesting, wanting to make things better, or more resources for something you might want, it is there. Class is broken down, so those born into wealth don't just inherit that power themselves, as those born in poverty are not at major disadvantages.

That is what I can think of so far.

First, I'd ban CRT tv screens and those small sound emitters that keep weasels away from parking cars. Also, driving with poorly maintained, squeaking brakes will be fined. ... I accept that the benefit of shrill sirens outweighs my temporary discomfort.

Social reforms, a green new deal, livestream of all political debates and decision making processes as well as informing voters what their politicians actually signed off on; publicizing their expenses; transferring defense budget to education, research and foreign aid, reforming patent law to spread innovative technology more easily - and subsidizing innovation with money that used to be the defense budget; all these things will have to wait until the last crt tv screen has been recycled.

And you may disagree with my handling of patents and government subsidized research - but most big inventions of the past century were initially military inventikns that trickled into private industry to become things like iphones. I'd like to replace that military part with something a little more democratically controlled. Imagine where we'd be with nuclear energy if the goal hadn't been to also produce fissile material for bombs, but had gone the thorium-route....

Star trek...seems like in the futuristic star trek world everyone can access a replicator and universal basic income is probably just normal by then, globally.

*Self-control is a virtue!! ! More so than self-determination.
*Creativity and hobbies that don’t cost Earth anything are worth more than consumption.
*Systems are built on renewables, but still function on the same lines of the real world’s systems. Difference is, they are less destructive. Renewables do have an environmental cost—but far less than fossil fuels.
*Everyone is vegan.*

*I am not vegan. I believe that it is right, but there are some complex issues holding me back. I want to be in the future though, and I am transitioning.
