Head Noise

Hi!
New here, new to new but kinda known AS reality. Do any of you hear different types of noises in your heads?
I hear wind blowing through trees, radio music, radio static, high pitches, low humming, proposed future convos that I think I may choose to have, tinnitus scrambled casino garbage. Ugh. Stuff... just stuff. Thank you.

Uhmm. Some can be tinitus. Some can be mind thinking etc. Also some can be on the spiritual level. Welcome to Wrong Planet.

There are times when it sounds like a radio on in the next room. The sound is somewhat muted, but once in a while I can make out what is being said. I've heard crowd noise from a sporting event and the announcers talking, a news broadcast, music, things like that. It is directional and seemingly not originating in my head, but tracking down the source is difficult. Having said all that it occurs to me that I've not experienced that phenomenon for a while now.

I hear all of the albums I'm never gonna get around to recording.

Albums you have thought up?

I feel like they've been in there all along I just haven't taken the time to find and listen to them, so I haven't been able to learn or record them yet. Any time I write music I feel like I'm writing down things I'm certain of, not things I'm discovering. It also helps excuse my tendency to recycle riffs without being aware of it.

There is a recent movie with that theme. The film is titled "Yesterday".

Some might be auditory hallucinations I'm mostly joking but there might be a small chance but there would be other symptoms if the person really was hallucinating. Us Aspies can sometimes misinterpret noises & sounds we hear & we can also mishear conversations even if our hearing is fine. Some of us like me think in words & some of us talk to ourselves out loud. I used to talk to myself out loud but gradually forced myself to do it much less as I grew up so now I talk to myself in my head more. There could possibly be an OCD component as well with this. Some may also be the person's conscience. In TV land there could be an angle &/or devil sitting on the person's shoulder
