Bleach.

It would make a really terrible diet drink, though, so don't drink it.

That is drink #1 when it comes to low calories/sugar. An other one might be Atkins drinks.

I didn't think about alcoholic drinks.

Scotch and water?
Bacon infused vodka?
Gin and tonic?

Nay dear lady, they're just having fun.

I like Sparkling Ice drinks. No sugar, very tasty, and come in lots of flavours.

Vodka Soda is probably the most popular low cal low sugar alcoholic drink. This past Summer or two a whole bunch of premixed canned brands popped up w/ various natural fruit flavourings.

Gin and tonic is Not low cal/sugar. Tonic water has about as much sugar as any other pop.

I would try it, I had sparkling grape juice I think last year for the holidays, it was in wine bottle to look fancy. I thought someone told me that sparkling water is bad.

If you're buying bottled drinks from a store, they'll have the calorie, carbohydrate and sugar content listed in an info panel on the back.

Ingredient lists always run in content order. Most non-alcoholic drinks are actually mainly water. If sugar or glucose syrup are high in the list too, that's not a good sign.

Fruit juices are also sugary, but that's from their natural fructose content.

"Low calorie" drinks made with artificial sweeteners have a lower calorie content but many people believe the chemical sweeteners are bad for you. I have Type 1 Diabetes so I tend to drink quite a lot of things containing sweeteners, but if I didn't have that chronic health condition I'd probably be trying to avoid both too much sugar and too much aspartame.

Blended drinks with fizzy water and some natural juices are refreshing and not too bad for you. Water is best of all, though.

maybe Soda Stream

I've been seeing some commercial on TV for a while lately with a woman saying how she quit drinking various drinks for health reasons but plain water was boring so she came up with some kinda fruit drink like thing that has the taste but none of the sugar or artificial sweetners. I forget what that product is thou. I'm tired & really should go to bed now but if I see that commercial again, I'll try to remember to mention it here.

Trump suggested that injesting bleach would kill the Corona virus. Bleach may very well kill the virus but it would kill you in the process.
