Had earlier in year heard that Blarney Stone was closed to kissing but searching just now found it had reopened, I did not know that.

July 01, 2020 Kissing of the Blarney Stone reopens - with new rules in place to prevent Covid-19 spread
KISSING of the Blarney Stone, one of Ireland most popular tourist attractions, finally resumed this week following restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In March, people were officially banned from kissing the stone for the first time in its over 600-year history, due to fears of spreading the virus.
Given how long a walk County Cork is from Kansas City I don't foresee myself ever having to deal with the question of kissing the Blarney Stone.
