People who use/feel cringe tend to be one or two types:
1 Immature teenagers who are going through a phase that most NTs go through as they establish what is cool and uncool within their own generation.
2 Immature adults who haven't grown out of it and really need to
If you're an adult, distance yourself from both types.
If you're a teenager, just ignore them. They'll grow out of it. Be happy that you're mature, confident and cool enough to do this stuff you want to: the secret about a lot of NT teenagers is that they lack such confidence & just do things to seem cool rather than what they want in life.
Adults who say 'oh my god I saw someone on tik tok and they were my age' or 'oh my god I saw someone playing with a model train set lol how funny' are the immature ones and they eventually end up really limiting their lives to being nothing apart from chasing the opposite gender, watching a set amount of shows on tv, listening to the stuff they're 'supposed to', getting drunk, fights and mates*. It's sad in a way.
* If someone wants a life like that fair enough except the fights part. What I'm talking about is being pressured to live in a specific way just to avoid 'cringe'.
