(Inspired by another thread, in which I am reluctant to post.)

This is not terribly important, but if you could list from 1 to 10 thing that you know you can control, would you please do so?  And please do the same for things you can only influence (but not actually control), and those things over which you have absolutely no control.  It may be helpful for each of us to consider these things to help ourselves get through 2021.  I will start:

A. What I Can Control:

1. What I think.
2. How I feel.
3. What I say.
4. What I do.
5. My choices.

B. What I can influence:

1. How well I sleep.
2. My overall health.

C. What I cannot control:

1. What other people think.
2. How other people feel.
3. What other people say.
4. What other people do.
5. Other people's choices.

D. What I cannot control and yet to figure how to influence and eventually control it:
1. My fluctuating state of ability and inability to control and influence within reason and my immediate reach

There is a thing about which today I made a doctor appointment for it, which fits in all three categories.

A. What I can control
Efforts I make to do something about my defective neurological, endocrine, musculoskeletal, and immune systems

B. What I can influence
My defective neurological, endocrine, musculoskeletal, and immune systems

C. What I can not control
My defective neurological, endocrine, musculoskeletal, and immune systems
