I’m taking vitamins B with C in it, there are energy & metabolism in my vitamin C, is the vitamins with metabolism work better with food? I think it is helping me lose weight.

I'm not a physician but Vitamin D may help you get out of bed and size the day better. When we are D deficient we can enter a bit of a hibernation mode. Also very good for your immune system and for dealing with the calcium in your diet. I'm out in the sun every day and even I take D (when I remember to)
