Based on what you say in the linked post, it sounds like what you really mean by "NT-like" is "people capable of negotiating with bureaucrats and medical professionals on each other's behalf, if necessary." Is that correct?

The main concerns here are being acquainted with those trustworthy people who can negotiate with bureaucrats and medical professionals e.g., that is who specifically to contact in case of emergency who live close-by.

Of course, it's good to know such trustworthy people whoa re also good friends!
