I don't know.Ignore and devalue others negative opinions, Be assertive. use anger as an energy if you feel you're being disrespected.

Well, its kinda like dehumanise, if for e.g. a pedophile arsonist serial killer told you you're a " bad person" and tried to judge,disresepct you,would you value their opinion?

What I've done is keep moving on and on in my life. I move away from people who have abused me and disrespected me. Sometimes this has meant spending long periods alone but it's way better than the alternative. At each time I've moved on I've learned something, like a new lesson and grown stronger from it. I just keep moving towards people who are worthy of me and I can just leave the rest behind. They really don't matter.
