The newer ones are good... although Deadly Alliance is complex... every character has 2 fighting styles plus a weapon. It's hard to master and quite tedious... but does last for a bit of time...
Armaggedon is very good imo... one fighting style per character and a weapon much less confusing... the sweet thing is that the arenas are interactive - in one you can push someone onto a moving path that leads to a roller... you can push someone onto a train track then they get smashed by a great 400 or so ton train... it's great.

Plus 64 characters...
