Whatever this vibe is, I like it.

I have yet to find a subculture or aesthetic that I belong in. I tried Mall Goth when I was in 6th grade but outgrew it in the Summer before 7th grade.

I like the death metal aesthetic and would wear it to intimidate all of the boring guys where I live so they would stop wasting their time on me. I just don’t feel comfortable wear spiky arm band things, getting piercings other than my ears and my hair isn’t straight enough.

I also love the kawaii aesthetic and even though I don’t dress like it, it’s the aesthetic I identify with the most.

For me, Christianity is the best culture there is in terms of community. Everyone is responsible for one another's feelings, no-one gets left behind & people don't hate on each other in any significant or serious way, for the most part.

I like Muslim culture too. As a woman, being kept by a man would be pretty cool.

Anti-religion cultures are the worst because they are based on fear & hate and lack compassion. The people who are friends are friends for shallow reasons.

I like the aesthetic of goth, punk & 80's rock. But I don't like the lifestyle of such cultures.

I like goth and metal aesthetics.

Of course, the aesthetics I like and how I dress don't quite match up, easier said than done to try and go for that kind of look, that is at least what I try and lean towards though.

I mean I am always on the look out around halloween for clothes since it is more common for things that fit my aesthetic to be sold around that season. I like skulls and clothing items with those are a lot more common around that time for sure. Vampire aesthetic is cool, but that would be even more difficult than goth or metal styles(though sorta simular I think) though I do have a costume jacket from a thrift store I got that would probably work alright to incorporate for a vampire costume, could probably work for a pirate costume to.

Oh kool.I heard they have a vampire and goth stuff shop in Austin, Texas.Ya I am just more into the whole history and origins of the myth and stuff like that not the whole dressing up like a vampire thing because I dont want to freak people out at church too much and in town.Like I figure thats only acceptable one night out of the year for a reason.I rememeber we used to sneak into Hot Topic back in the day in the Mall back when the big deal for youth to pass the time in the 80's and 90's and 2000's was at the mall.Like there some really high end costumes now which is way different than when I was a kid.I never was that into pirates as a teen.

Fashion punks aren't cool but sometimes they look pretty interesting.

Is the Doom videogame a 'subculture'? I've been on Doomworld for the last half decade, despite the fact that I'm not a mapper, which about 90% of the active members seem to be.

My aesthetic is Neeeerd. I wore a calculator watch for most of my teens. Later I carried a BlackBerry in my shirt pocket even though this was like 10 years after everyone else stopped using BlackBerry. Nowadays during winter I wear a jacket with an oversized pocket, in which I carry a Lenovo Thinkpad. People are always shocked when I pull a laptop out of my pocket.

Also red. I like red. Does interior decorating count as an expression of aesthetic? I programmed the lights in my house to turn red at 10:32 pm every night. Also I put a big red arcade machine in the living room to make it look more classy. There's an episode of the Simpsons that Elvis would watch as many as three TVs at once. This inspired me to put three TVs side by side. The more screens, the better, right?
