I’m trying to look more traditionally feminine but I’m worried that I look like a man. I hate the idea of looking androgynous or masculine as I’ve been compared physically to a man.

I’m worried that it’s my hair that makes me look masculine.

Yes you look feminine. Your hair is very nice. If anything, a buzzcut would make you look masculine. I dont know where you would get that idea. Long hair is considered feminine.

Maybe you dont want to hear this. But if you want to look better, feel better, have people respond to you better. Be healthier, live longer. Then lose some weight. Of course, it's very hard to do. But your self esteem will go up, if you do it. And you might even feel more feminine at the end of the day.

There’s no doubt you’re a woman.

Yes you do look feminine but I can see how one could mistake you for a man dressed like a woman. Some of it could be weight but also depending on the angle of your face it does make you look more masculine. It could just be your bone structure(which is something you can't change anyway so might as well own it).

My aunt has the same issue because she is big boned and also overweight and she has short hair like a man would but even if she didn't I could see how someone could mistake her for a man. Sometimes genetics just be that way and you have to make due with what you have.
