What is it with upstairs neighbours and these shoes?

Do upstairs apartments automatically come with a free pair of these shoes? Are they comfortable?

I’m an upstairs neighbor. I hope my downstairs neighbors don’t think I own those shoes.

My upstairs child has a few pair of those. ^

They come with free bowling balls.

They probably do. Usually upstairs neighbours could barely be moving, but to the people below it could sound like elephants (or humans wearing those shoes). Sound travels in such annoying ways. Sometimes I wish I was deaf.

I think my apartments have a layer of soundproofing below our stick on flooring. I can see black underneath one where it came up a little. Maybe that helps? I hope. I did get a complaint once, I threw a ball for my dog at 8pm and didn’t think about it.

Sorry that your neighbors are loud. My fiancée when we first started dating lived in a studio apartment with upstairs neighbors. I couldn’t sleep there very well.
