I was with this guy last night who drinks quite a lot of alcohol and smokes to and also does illegal drugs as well. He’s 33 but no one believes him and everyone thinks he’s barely in his 20s. When I told people I was 32 no one was surprised at all :(

Do you think it’s strange how some people with unhealthy lifestyle still manage to look so much younger than there age?

I've been a heavy drinker for most of the last 25 years, yet in recent years I've often experienced people who were probably a similar age to me or even a few years younger addressing me as 'lad' or 'young man', etc.

Sometimes, maybe, but in my own case I suspect that some sort of autistic mental immaturity plays a part. Could it be that this might have some effect on someone's physical development? I don't know, but just a thought.
