I'm excluding Jesus because you're supposed to like him. I personally like Peter because he's the most human of the apostles. I feel like if I were him, I would've made the same mistakes.

Hmm, would think this would be easy to answer, but not this morning before 6am, which was 5am a couple days ago.
Are definitely plenty of people to choose from.

From a storytelling perspective, the Old Testament God is certainly an interesting character, as are the various “temptation” characters who popular culture amalgamates into Satan/Lucifer/the Devil.

In terms of who is the most likeable, well it’s usually easy to sympathise with reluctant heroes forced onto a quest they’re not keen on, like Jonah, or even Job.

The one I most relate to?

Onan!

Esther.  She risked everything to save her people.

I like to make up my own.
My favorite biblical character is this guy who wants to live life his way, but then God said "Hold on there, I have a plan for you and all living things must live according to my plan."
My guy asks "Does it involve doing things I like to do?" and God says "No, but-"
"Aaah, no I don't want any part of it" My guy interrupts.
God says "I don't care, you WILL live according to my plan!"
My guy says "I have my own hopes and dreams and my own ambitions and I will follow them whether you like it or not!"
God screams "LIKE HELL YOU ARE!" and he smote him.
God later resurrects My guy and makes him more...obedient.

My NT sister and I both like Thomas the Doubter because he didn't jump to conclusions after The Crucifixion and when he saw Jesus, his first thought was "Okay, what was I thinking?"

Also Lazarus, because he is a zombie.

I admit that sometimes I imagine Peter's reaction when Jesus called him "Satan" before The Crucifixion.
