On my fitwatch it tells me the amount of calories I burn of when walking.

Do you think it's accurate or inaccurate the calories it tell me I am burning off?

They probably make them to be as accurate at possible. Do you have to put your weight and stuff in it?

I don't think these things are eve 100% accurate to be honest.
