i'd LOVE to be able to climb that mountain and stand astride it like a greek god.

The cliff on the right is the Stawamus Chief in Squamish, British Columbia. Rock climbers do climb the faces, but there's also a hiking trail that goes up the back side that people can trek up. There's a gondola that goes up one area, too - I've done that once, but never hiked it.

The one in the background I'm quite sure is Sky Pilot Mountain. People do climb it.. but not me lol I've never really done any mountaineering.

my late sister's late husband was a mountaineer and instructor. he was built for that stuff, wiry and rugged. not me, unfortunately. last time i tried something like that i got a shoulder injury.

Good thing there’s literally every other option under the Sun where this pic was taken!

Squamish is The Outdoor Recreation Capital of Canada. You name it people go there to do it - and I’m sure there are plenty of things for a one armed man to do, never mind one with a bit of a bum shoulder.
