I do loads of exercises. I used to love running but then I woke up one morning and had forgotten how to use my right leg for walking so now I'm relearning to walk so I can't run yet. I'm enjoying my new found freedom to walk though whereas before walking was just something I took for granted.

Cycling has always been a favourite of mine as well. I used to love trampolining as well.

Never really been a fan of swimming unfortunately. I wish I did enjoy it because it would be great for my walking as well.

Walking. It's easy to do and it's free.

Trampoline, assuming I can't get on the water with a paddle.

Just my 100 pushups every morning, which I've been doing for far too long (old habit or stuck in a routine). Comes in handy as I do need strength for some things, lifting someone for medical reasons.

I don't really consider anything else I do "exercise", as it's not just for the sake of exercise.

My favorite exercise is kiting my paraglider on the beach. This is essentially flying the paraglider like a really big kite. Sometimes if the wind gets frisky enough, I can pop up a few feet off the ground for a few seconds. It feels like being in a dream. Unfortunately, I don't get to do this much since the nearest beach is two hours away.

Other favorites include hiking, biking, and running. The one I do most is running. I love a good endorphin high in the morning.

I've recently started going to water exercise classes at a local gym with a pool, and playing in the water is sensory bliss! I also love hiking, walking and playing with my dog, running, using the elliptical, doing yoga and stretches, jump roping, and hula hooping.

I like both yoga and swimming. They are not so tiring compared to other exercises.
