The Click movie. Was it a dream?

Was all that stuff happening with that universal remote just a dream? It seems that way at first when he wakes up back on the bed in Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

But then he goes home and sees the remote again. Finally he is able to get rid of it.

"All that stuff" involved alternate timelines, accessible through the remote.  Michael only assumed he was dreaming.

That movie gutted me.
For some reason I cried my eyes out, especially the parts with his father.
Great music too.

A true gem.
