No, I don't. I wonder why people came up with such a thing as God. Probably it's similar to coming up with monsters in horror stories, such as vampires and zombies. If I think in that way, I can kind of understand why someone came up with it.

I don't believe in the God of the bible if that's what you mean by God.

I wonder if god has this type of philosophical reflection?

Do you think God believes in us?

The ancient Greeks believed the gods couldn't exist without our worship - kind of like ancient gofundme

I do, I have a lot of religious experiences.

Recently I felt like God was telling me that I was going to lose my faith and then get it back, which happened.

The way he told was through a dream.

I lost my faith for a few seconds because most of the traditional Christian healing techniques had not worked on me.

No way. If there was a God then why did my lovely mum get cancer and die a painful death? If there was a God why does he allow wars and disease and poverty to go on?

Also nobody's ever seen God. There's physical proof that the sun and the moon and the stars exist (science) but there's no physical proof that God exists. You don't look up at the sky and see God staring down at you grinning.

And if God was real then who made God? Where did he come from? The big bang?

People want to make sense of the "unknown." Hence, religion, basically.

No. Humans have invented thousands of them. None of them are real.

Does that ever bother you? That there is no god?

I had drug induced psychosis towards the end of the last century and during that time I believed in God.

I had never believed in a god or been superstitious or anything like that before in my life.

It seemed really real for a while and in fact I enjoyed it. I never told anyone about it though because I sort of new I was a bit loopy. It lasted for quite a while and then faded away.

Not in the least. I'd be more bothered if there was some sort of omnipotent megalomaniac running the show.
For clarity, I'll just add that as well as being an atheist I'm also a practicing Zen Buddhist.

No I don't believe in god especially after I lost my entire family over the past few years.
