Why are game posts in this forum?

It's kind of weird that game related posts are in this forum. Seems like they should be in with other media. Only reason I post stuff like that here is because others are...

I guess because it says "Games" in the sub-forum title. I agree its kind of odd to pair them up with Sports and Fitness though. Might make more sense to put it in the Entertainment section. Or have a sub-forum dedicated just to gaming (including computer games, video-games, and table-top gaming). The topic is expansive enough for that I think.

but then, what to do with e-sports? technically, its not a game like sports, but then, chess wouldnt be a game.

i guess the most fitting would be to put posts about video games for video games sake (entertainment etcetera) in the entertainment forum and let e-sports-related stuff here among other competitive events.

Yeah. I may just start posting future stuff in there, just because having it in bugs me.
