Someone else's anxiety.

an entitled passenger who threw a wobbly because i wouldnt let him bring his push bike on to the bus

Boss ordering new security cameras for the office.

My mother's cancer surgery tomorrow.
She could lose her leg.
My brother went blind three weeks ago.
He may have a brain tumour.
If not, he has a neurodegenerative disease.
Need I go on?

This is the perfect thread for me. Everyday I have a whole list of things that gave me anxiety... lmao

Picking my friend up before work
Getting ready at work
A machine backing up, causing us to have to do something different while we wait, multiple times today
Going to break at a different time because of the above
The lighting in the break room
Another machine making loud, breaky noises that made all my coworkers stop what they were doing to stare at it in confusion
My friends dad taking me home
Thinking about being picked up by my friends dad in the morning

Got a phone call from a friend I haven't seen in a while who wants to "get together and catch up".
Anxiety just went through the roof.

my daughter seems mad at me.

Idiots lighting firecrackers outside the apartment building at ten o'clock at night.

Barb getting angry at me and telling me not to make my cute, little "Pop-a-pea" sound.

Having a former neighbour keep coming around and the other night he touched me inappropriately, now I am worried.

Anxious about a bunch of phonecalls I have to make.

Nobody wants to use the air-fryer -- everything fried goes into a wok with too much oil.

I had a dream about evading a mass shooter.

That kind of put me on edge for the rest of the day, it was ick and made it hard to get down breakfast. It was a scary dream and took me a minute to realize it was just a bad dream. Though it was incorporating bits of what I remember for the lockdown in my highschool when a guy with a gun(not a student) shot one of my classmates.

Also maybe instead of stocking kitty litter so kids trapped in classrooms for hours during a mass shooting can pee in it, perhaps they should make it easier for students and teachers to escape the mass shooter? Like put a back exit in all classrooms so teachers and students can evacuate more easily.
