This is a story I finished recently about my furry/anthropomorphic animal superhero characters. The reason I thought about posting it here is that it kind of touches on themes that are relevant to this forum. The two main characters are both newbie superheroes who are trying to be friends in their spare time. However, they're both very focused on their special interests: Remi the beaver is into artwork and Nunzio the cheetah is into sports. Remi doesn't have a lot of close friends and Nunzio had one close friend that shared his interest, who has since become a supercriminal.

That's part of the story. The rest is action in the style of the cartoons from the 1980s and 90s that I grew up with, which is one of my special interests. There's also some of the cheesy trash-talk dialog they would have in that sort of show, mostly from the villains in this case.
