In general, age-related health issues typically don't really start happening before age 50. Some women experience menopause before 50. I suppose that could be different for somebody whose living situation was unfavorable in their youth e.g. food insecurity or having been born of a women who abused "substances."

I haven't really noticed much. But, this is a really important period to get your diet dialed in and get with the program on as many health related things as you can. Any improvements you make now will likely have a positive impact in a way that they might not have when you were younger.

Can't argue with that.

Knees hurt a little bit when climbing stairs. Sometimes get random pains in feet that feel like a sprain when walking but it goes away within an hour.

I s**t my pants once, when I was around 46. It’s actually a pretty funny story. My daughters and I still laugh about it.
