What kind of bad and wrong actions and statements did your coworkers allegedly make?

Like how do you mean?

I'm a supervisor. Apparently some coworkers have been complaining that I slack off by hanging out in the office..... I feel these claims are highly exaggerated, as I spend the vast majority of my time on the floor helping bag or doing other tasks to fill in the time. I spend maybe 5 minutes in the front office for a quick breather or to do stuff on the work computer (necessary stuff), and I only go into the cash office to do actual work like keeping records.

The one exception has been when I was having a severe, 4 hour panic attack in August last year. I spent most of the evening in the cash office and only came out when called upon or to serve at the customer service desk.
I think a panic attack is a pretty good excuse for that, but I can see where it looked bad.

I was accused of racism. This was directly to my face.

I mean maybe my behaviour was perceived as racist by this person but it was by no means intentional.

My regret about this situation is that I didn't ask him what it was I did that made him feel this way.

Instead i feared for my life and went out and bought a baseball bat.

Sometimes people will use the race card to make themselves feel like the good guy in the situation tbh. Like when my boss told a customer we can't refund formula, the customer was yelling at her and accusing her of "not liking black people". For 10 minutes straight.

Yeah I can see how some people might do that.

The trouble was with this was that me and this person used to get on really well. He's Muslim and maybe I should have recognised that more during our friendship but I didn't even ever think about it because we just used to get on at a base level and we had a lot of life experiences in common.

Part of me thinks there was some s**t stirring in the office by someone who was jealous of our friendship and part of me thinks that I may have said something to offend him without realising. It was so out of the blue. It took me by surprise.

I recently posted about working at a warehouse as part of an employment program. During my time there, I ended up reporting one of the job coaches who was very unprofessional, irresponsible, and, a bit of a bully. When she finally got in trouble, the CEO, the CFO, and a few other co-workers ganged up against me. They told the other job coach that I wasn't telling the whole story and that I was the one who was always disrespectful to her. When in reality, they could not stand her.

I got into an argument with a friend and co-worker outside of work towards the end of working at this job. Well, I got fed up with them and cussed at her I had also been writing about how I was treated on a forum. Again, this was outside of work.

Well, the CEO used this against me and was planning to use that against me to fire me. However, called the new job coach and he was able and have us "Talk." However, she threw a hissy fit.
