Ive had muscular conditions like that sometimes so bad its put me in bed for a couple of days more or less because i often work out and push my body too far. Nerves are the worst particularly when a nerve gets caught somewhere or ligament or whatever gets pushed out of place. Ah the body and age eh hehe.
