For me I think it's certain blankets. And I have a mountain of comfort stuffed animals.... Sensory-wise I think my favorite is a large Snorlax Pokemon plush. He's big and filled with soft and squishy stuffing.

Running my fingers along walls, fences and railings as I walk.

Silence.

Burning hot showers

Touching particular types of fabrics, but I don't know what the type is called in my own language, let alone in English.

Walking/standing on grass with bare feet. There was a patch of moss in my previous garden, it was heavenly.

Being in heavy rain uncovered.

Scratching ear with bobby pin

My family members. They seem to be made for my sensory needs. It's helpful that they are all impeccably clean.

I have a blankie I’ve had since little and it has two tags I can’t live without they are silky and amazing. I also love pop sounds

Right now it's a bit of a toss up between my calming jar and one of those toddler toys that's a bug with various segments in different colors that can be moved around. It has bright colors, a satisfying feel to it in my hands and makes a pleasing clicking sound as I play with it.

When I used to smoke, that would have probably been top of the list, but now it's cycling slowly on a more-or-less flat cement path through a shadowy, lush green area. It's very calming, gliding along with no effort, and I will literally pedal miles to get to such a place.

Being touched (within reason). Love it when my boyfriend massages my back, shoulders, head and arms.
