I had trouble in school AND was unemployed for years. My current job I'm actually doing good at. My main problem is getting overstimulated easily.
I was the all star in GED classes, I already knew the stuff they taught, it was effectively just a refresher course. They had me helping the others in the class because I was doing so well.
I suspect the difficulty level for GED classes is lower than actual high school, but ye.
