I try my best to drink as much water as possible, and I think its important for our health. Apparently I drink alot more water than usual, and that seems to be connected somehow to some health issue, or a disease/disorder. It could be a type of diabetes, but I'm not sure. However, I tend to eat foods which encourage thirst, so I'm thirsty more frequently because of that, too. Overall, I think I drink alot more water than my body needs, which means going to toilet more often. I was hoping if you can also please share things about this too, thanks. By the way, there doesnt seem to be any serious harm in drinking too much water. I think, you just piss more, and thats all. Its not a big problem.
