Fascination/Obsession With The Gender Divergent

As someone who is in the mid to late 40s I never got to experience the internet until I was 22. Since then I have seem to have some sort of fascination and/or obsession with those who are gender divergent. I've been thinking about all this stuff recently, and wonder if I'm meant to be this way. I can think of experiences that I had prior to reaching adulthood where I might have been into things that other guys were not. With all the media coverage recently on this subject, those who don't understand may think it a new trend but I've been aware of it for a lot longer.

I've never heard the term "gender divergent" before, is it an umbrella term for trans, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming people?

I have decided I like non-binary people now because they are breaking the matrix.
