Sometimes I don't know how to tell if i maybe have psoriasis or eczema I just know that whenever specific type of jeans it makes me feel like sandpaper is against my legs/back. Do any of these pictures look like either one or a different skin condition. Especially on my sides. How do you put pictures on here?

I am familiar with skin problems unfortunately...

Moisturise A LOT. Use a greasy one like Vaseline at night.
Get your skin in the sun if possible (unless you have a sunlight sensitivity).
Take antihistamines if the itchiness gets too annoying.
The doctor will prescribe you steroid cream (or preferably ointment) if necessary.

If it's only when wearing certain clothing you might be sensitive to a particular material within it. Or it could be that friction / sweat is irritating you, if for instance if it's a tight fit.

Hope that helps a bit

Should I look for a moisturizer that says its particularly for eczema? And is there a specific kind of Vaseline you recommend for it and should I put the Vaseline on at night even though I take a shower in the morning? And should I put on the Vaseline and moisturizer where the redness or irritation is. It's just extremely painful sometimes I feel like I want to scream and I can't tell if its a skin condition or a material irritating my skin so I can't be 100% sure on what the best solution to help with the redness and pain is. I'm the only one out of all my siblings that was diagnosed with autism and has sensitive skin to clothing materials.

I think that if you suspect it could be a particular fabric irritating your skin, I would start by not wearing that fabric anymore and seeing if it clears up. You could do a process of elimination by not wearing a particular item (or other similar items) for a week, and then trying the same with other items of clothing for the next week, and so on.

And with the vaseline should it be regular vaseline or like Vaseline lotion?
