Anyone have a fix for this?

I found an amazing position but they want three references from jobs within 5 years ago that aren't family. I've had three jobs but:

Job 1. Can provide lead's info but that is one person.

Job 2. Person was technically family but they died. I was a caregiver so no other employees.

Job 3. I don't even have my manager's number anymore. For job history I googled what I hope is the HR number.

Tried professors but many moved and aren't in the directory anymore. I don't have info from academic research partners either. I don't have friends familiar with my work.

I even tried refer.me but can't seem to get it to work.

I've encountered this, but no solutions to offer. :(

Chances are that most employers only confirm dates and titles anyways. It's probably not as much of an issue as it was in the past.

I used jobs 1 and 3.
Job 2 I guess but not sure how ghost phone numbers would work.

So I got 2/3

I used a family friend who has a business for 1.

2. Did last minute volunteering on some events and asked the organiser.

Then 3rd used a character reference from my doctor haha (patient privacy meaning a good explanation was given)

I couldnt milk anymore, but luckily they were satisfied with 3.
