Well, basically, there's something called emotional lability, of fluctuating emotions and so on. It basically means a person with or without any type of autism, could say or do something but they actually feel quite different on the inside. For example, they might show happiness and euphoria on the outside, but they feel depressed, empty, or sadness, on the inside, and so on.

Honestly, I've experienced a similar kind of thing throughout my life. However, I didnt share my real feelings or emotions not because I cant, but because not every person I meet or talk to needs to know my reality. But there are some people with some kind of mental problem or disorder, which causes them to do this unintentionally, without really meaning to. For example, they can give an impression of being happy and positive, but feel terrible sadness or terror on the inside, similar to the Delirium confused state disease which you might have heard of. However, in Delirium, they might not have control over it, so they could be expressing themselves in the wrong way, unmatched to how they actually feel, without meaning to actually do so.

Other than that, Delirium in general is an experience I have experienced myself in the past mainly from overdose of certain medications, for example Dipenhydramine. Dipenhydramine in overdose can result in Delirium, which causes you to feel confused and emotionally disturbed and so on. It also causes speech problems, thought problems, cognitive problems and so on. It was also stated in some research, can increase the risk of stroke or dementia. That was very scary for me to learn about, but I have stopped trying to achieve delirium and I understand the risks so I stopped. However, this Delirium can occur even without the effect of any medication. The main question that remains is, are you able to control yourself in such states ,where you fail to express your real emotions or feelings? If so, you should learn to express the real emotions and what you really feel on the inside, although that may be difficult.
