that would be completely illegal! Contact a disability lawyer, see disability laws for reference and more info.

Yes, I was turned away when I was living under the common misdiagnosis of bpd, I was told they didn’t have risk management or something and I was trying to explain I didn’t need that because I don’t have impulsive reckless behavior they said it didn’t matter because I had that specific diagnosis, they couldn’t help me due to the risk.
