Cracked a whip

Was just visiting a friend. End of the night he brings out this handmade leather whip he bought off someone at the beach years ago and I’m thinking “Why would you want to own that ?” and he cracks it a couple times and I’m like “oooh, sonic boom..” he handed it to me and after a few tries I cracked it good and then thought “Aaah, that’s why.” It was strangely satisfying to crack.

^Only tried that once when the opportunity arose. Strangely, it wasn’t at a party/edm dj show, it was on the beach when some random guy was wondering the beach selling nitrous balloons for $5 or $10 or whatever it was so I figured wth, why not? Pretty harmless stuff.
