Do not be too detailed. Just general country or area. Don't want anyone to give out exact location.

I am writing this because I am wondering how many of us are in the UK. Most live in the USA. I decided to add extra areas out of interest. I hope I have not left anyone out.

I was born in Canada. My heritage is a mix of British and German.

Not a bad way to slice up the world.

Except one problem. You did forget the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, together ...which is a forth or a fifth of the world population).

Kinda funny that UK gets its own option when it's not a country or continent.

The UK most certainly IS a country.

The sovereign nation that comprises all of Britain (the physical island that contains England, Scotland, and Wales)plus that piece of the top of Ireland...governed from London... is called "the United Kingdom".

:?

Even people from there don’t describe it as a country. That’s like saying the EU is a country. It isn’t.

England is a country. Scotland is a country. Wales is a country. They’re not states or provinces like in the USA or Canada. UK is ?? Not even people from there can explain what level of geographic territory it’s classified as. But there’s no country called United Kingdom afaik.

Also includes many smaller islands and places both off the shores of Britain and elsewhere such as Falkland Islands Gibralta and others.

Yes. Whatever remains of the old British Empire... once was 13 million square miles, and half of billion people. A quarter of the land and population of the world.

What remains now is... the Falkland Islands, Gibralter, and....thats about it!

Oh...the Bahamas and Bermuda!

Biggest empire the world had ever seen! The Roman empire was about a third of the size and that was big.
