Am I the only one who still misses Reverse Polish Notation on calculators?
It is, just as it always has been, vastly superior to the way normal calculators produce answers. The more complex the question, the more speed and accuracy RPN has to offer over the normal "2 + 2 X (7 - 3) =" variety.
If you have no idea what I am talking about, in RPN that is:
"2, Enter, 2, +, 7, Enter, 3, -, X"
The plastic on my poor Hewlett Packard 48g is finally wearing out, and I cannot find any replacements in the current market.
Am I the only one who weeps for the loss of this greatness, or are there any other RPN cultists about?
