Maybe not "lesser-known", but I've heard a lot of people say Ganondorf is an attractive man. Specifically his newest design, from Tears of the Kingdom. (That has to be the cruelest version of him, though, so, would it really be worth it?)

I was rooting for Twintelle to be in Smash Bros.

About the only Nintendo games I've played are retro games for Super Nintendo, 64, NES, GameBoy, & GameBoy Advance.
If we're counting any game that was made for a Nintendo system, I'd pick the girls from Sailor Moon Another Story. The RPG was only made for Super Nintendo in Japan. There was a translation patch made at the end of the 90s that made little sense but a much better translation patch was made a few years ago.
As for as characters created by Nintendo, I'd pick Malon the farm girl from The Legend of Zelda Ocarina Of Time, the adult/teen one after Link was frozen in time for 7 years. Her image was also used in Majora's Mask, older & younger one were sisters in there & I forget their names in that game.
