Stop taking every little thing personally.
If you are gonna take something personally, own it, and take it as an opportunity to improve yourself, rather than whine and lament.
You'll never accomplish anything if you spend all your time convinced it's not possible to achieve it. You won't even take the first step with that type of thinking. At that point, you're in your own way.
Luck and and effort are indistinguishable to the lucky. Real progress comes from real work, not luck.
Nobody is good at something they've never done. Don't let a "lack of skill" prevent you from doing something anyways. Behind every "expert" is thousands of hours of practice and training. "Even monkeys fall from trees".
Change is part of life, and will happen whether you like it or not. Learn to adapt.
Entropy is a thing. Systems naturally want to degenerate over time. Maintaining a given state requires work. The very act of staying alive and healthy takes work and effort and resources. People already have to carry their own lives - there's a limit to how much you can expect them to also carry you. Learn to take care of yourself as much as you can, and learn how to work with others when needed.
Before you go blaming anyone or anything else, make sure it isn't you. Just cos you have "a reason" for making a choice, doesn't mean the choice was right, and wasn't still your own damn fault.
Negative experiences are just important as positive ones.
Avoidance is a temporary solution. Relying on it just makes your world smaller, and opportunities shrink.
Not everything that makes you uncomfortable is bad. Not everything that gives comfort is good.
Don't expect from others, that which you wouldn't also expect from yourself.
Decisions should not be made from anger, spite, or vengeance.
An unfavorable choice is still a choice. A difficult choice is still a choice. Just cos you don't like one option doesn't mean you're forced to take the other option.
