If a person never had juvenile delinquency or criminal history, but only has limited prosocial emotions, is it still a form of Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Antisocial Personality Disorder or Narcissistic Personality Disorder?

Probably not - simply not having the ability to express or identify certain emotions is not enough to meet the diagnostic criteria.

It's a bit confusing, because examples of lack of limited prosocial diagnostic criteria includes Lack of remorse or guilt, Callus-lack of empathy, Unconcerned about performance and Shallow or defiant effect.

The question if a person can have those symptoms without having history of juvenile delinquency or criminal history.

If thats you main question, than certainly. A criminal history ONLY indicated that a person has been caught...plenty of delinquent or criminal behavior goes unnoticed. But not all of those behaviors is severe enough to be pathological.

That kind of makes sense.

autism can play a part in this too, we may have emotions but might not be good at recognizing them, might not be good at expressing them, might not be good as seeing them in others or understanding them. That doesn't mean we don't experience the emotions in other ways, maybe through our actions or our reactions and behavior. I understand that there are therapists who specialize in helping people sort their emotions and teach them new ways to express what they are feeling. Also, many people can learn to read body language, but of course some of us who have visual or audio processing slowness may still be "left behind" in any social interaction in "real time". Could be a lot of things, and maybe there are not even labels for a particular person's experiences.
