I watched a compilation of videos of villains from films, TV etc falling to their demise. It does seem morbid but it makes me think it must be the most common end for a bad guy/girl in film and TV culture.
It doesn't matter if your choices are human, animal or whatever.

My one I can name is Hans Gruber (Alan Rickman) in Die Hard

The Joker in the first Michael Keaton Batman springs to mind.

So many Disney villains have met their demise by falling that TV Tropes calls it the Disney Villain Death:

The Wicked Witch-Queen in Snow White

Gaston in Beauty and the Beast

Frollo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Scar, although the fall itself didn't kill him, he was just weakened enough for the hyenas to finish him off.

Lucifer in Cinderella, but I think he survived the fall.

Elmer Fudd, but TV Tropes doesn't specify which Shorts.

Ambrosio (The Monk, Matthew Lewis, 1796).

This charming monk commits rape, incest, murder, matricide, and sorcery before selling his soul to Lucifer. The deal is that he'll be freed from his prison cell in exchange for his soul, but Lucifer frees him by carrying him into the sky and dropping him onto the rocks below.

The fact that Ambrosio suffers for nearly a week before dying alone and damned to eternity makes this even more fun to read.

Highly recommended. :star:

The bad guy in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3. I don't know his name. Everything in that movie is forgettable.

Sylvester the Cat, in at least one episode.

Maybe Wile E. Coyote, too.

I guess it's a case of, "We need the villain to die, but we can't have the hero kill them."

Well in the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie, at the end Shredder falls into a rubbish truck and seemingly gets crushed (I think).
