Trouble Staying In Reality?
Page 1 of 1 [ 1 post ]
I have so much trouble remembering what year I'm in...I often believe I'm still in 2004 and then get confused because my bedroom isn't my bedroom and I get very scared. These meltdowns can last for hours. I don't understand what's happening, really, and I can't afford to see anyone to talk about it. Does anyone else deal with this kind of thing? If I shut my eyes, I can even see every single room of any building from that point in time, it's so vivid and real. It kind of scares me...
