Peopophile accusations at single older men!

I was reading an old thread from 2010 on wrong planet. It was saying especially if your a man that the older you get past the average marrying age without a partner the more people throw pedophile accusations at you.

Do you think in general others are very nasty ignorant to make such assumptions about single older guys? Watch the film with James Caan 'The Good neighbour' to see what I am getting at here about people targeting older single men
