I don't even know how I'm supposed to be as a person with autism

I'm so used to disowning my diagnosis that I don't know

Is it like unmasking or something

It takes a fair amount of experimentation and depending upon what's going on there may be different things to work on. I found that whatever experimenting I did was best done away from people that I expected to interact on a regular basis.

As you find your true self, your anxieties may reduce or go away. Your health should improve.
My health is really good right now that I'm not trying to be something I'm not.
I'm able to think clearly about stuff.

Good luck. It is a hard journey but well worth the effort!

Signs of bad health include overeating, headaches, migraines, inability to sleep, anxieties, memory issues, bad fingernails.
