If a girl touches your arm during conersation does that mean she likes or is just simply being friendly?

A child?

Girls are children.

Is it intentional touching with no purpose?

She could be an extrovert.
Touching your arm is a way to stop you leaving while she's talking.
If she's an extrovert...run!

I know it's a body language question but in my experience all people use body language differently with different people. There's no set answer.

I might touch a man's arm to push him away, to help my balance, to flirt, to brush crumbs off his shirt, or any other number of reasons.

It sounds like she was likely drinking if she was happily watching euros. She might have wanted to express her excitement with the game.

The only way to know for sure would be to ask the woman doing the touching and hitting.

Her boyfriend was present at the table when she did it as well

It sounds like they were friends or fellow game fans but you'd have to ask her to know for sure.

When I was in middle highschool a couple of attractive female classmates went around rubbing/touching boys in other classes in order to get a kick out of seeing them get really embarrassed (this is pre-internet). they might have been getting their kicks but the point was they knew what they were doing.

I do accept that many women might do it unintentionally when they are in a moment.

Maybe she's a tactile person

It depends on the situation, how it's done and various details, but generally speaking when a woman is touching your arm it is more likely she has positive feelings towards you than the opposite.
