is it possible to create a variety of computer designed viruses merged with AI, or enhanced with AI specifically designed to target and destroy dangerous types of AI?
Counterargument 1: AI (being potentially infinite and more than one thing) can possibly evolve to learn to avoid the viruses that use the AI.
But couldn't the viruses using AI to fight the dangerous military or government or corporate based AI systems be able to adapt to destroy the pathological AI as well? It would become an arms race, and who would theoretically win?
or is this too complicated to answer. speculations welcome, as long as you use basic logic.

What about dangerous humans with natural stupidity? I know deliberately using real viruses on them is bioterrorism, and like I've said in a different post, that's one of the most evil things humans do. But natural stupidity is destroying the world and humanity. So what can you do?
