Welcome to Wrong Planet. I looked a little deeper. It seems like you are living in a toxic environment. In one thread, you wrote:

Please help. How do I not get so angry? How can I talk my way out of this?

I am sorry you are in such an environment. You have a right to not being abused in a supported living facility. It has been my experience to go on the offensive. Discuss your treatment with higher levels of authority at the supported living center. You may have to endure some hardship, but be fearless and brave. Maybe other members on this site might be able to provide you better advice.
