HELP! What do i do??? (Chatzy/Gmail issue)

I am on a new device but am being told my password for an account I use is incorrect. the password is for a site called Chatzy and I HAVE to get my account back. but my new laptop doesn't support Gmail so I cant just go and change my password. What do I do???? :?

Since your using a laptop you could try accessing Gmail through your browser like try FireFox, Edge, or Chrome browsers & go to Gmail.com

Go to the Google search engine and type in Gmail.
