What does your score mean?
There are multiple stressors in your life that are causing an excessive amount of tension and anxiety for you. Although there are certain annoyances that are virtually unavoidable, there are steps you can take to minimize their effects. Daily exercise, meditation, and even a good hearty laugh are proven stress busters. Other stressors that could be a potential source of tension but were not including on this test are world issues (war, poverty, famine, etc.), caffeine, annoying sounds (e.g. construction, traffic, etc.), and simply being around people who are themselves stressed out.

Your family life may be a major source of stress. Perhaps you’re spreading yourself too thin, trying to be everything to everyone, or struggling to balance the different facets or your life. In many cases, financial difficulties have also been shown to put a lot of strain on relationships. Although there are certain stressors that are virtually unavoidable, there are steps you can take to minimize their effects. Daily exercise, meditation, and even a good hearty laugh are proven stress busters. In addition, if you have difficulty saying “no” to people when you’re just too busy to do something for them, you may want to work on your assertiveness skills as well.
