Is it a consistent lack of being heard?

In my case it is usually a spectacular failure of the universe to realign itself to suit my needs.

My guess would be that they're caused by feeling overwhelmed.

Too much overstimulation that builds up stress that melts down when it can lo longer be tolerated.

When your internal RAM is overloaded and is potentially overheating.

Numerous things to get out of dysregulation, quantified based overwhelm, too many unfinished crap without a chance to process it well.

Too many tabs, too many pop ups, too many ads, too many notifications, too fast, too slow, too tangled up, too disorganized.

It can be that one big unexpected thing on top of supposedly basic simple things, it could be many waves of accumulative pile up.

And, predictably, two things can happen -- you either freeze like shutdown or explode and meltdown.

Some would try and work it out, overclock themselves into burning out.

Overstimulation and lack of control or agency; just getting poked and prodded by the most minor of stimuli eats away at you. I find a quiet, dark place to unplug and clear my mind, and that is working so far.

Over-stimulation in addition to:

-Having to contend and deal with disappointments and failures

I just had one today because I want to get married and start producing kids RIGHT NOW but have to wait 2 more years!! !

For me it's usually triggered by being overstimulated, and also being misunderstood/not heard can do it.
